Service Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Service Manager who focuses primarily on managing and training a team of talented technicians. While this is a job in the electrical and plumbing industry, no trade experience is necessary to thrive in this role. All you need is a passion for leading and holding people accountable, experience with following and implementing systematic plans, and an open mind to learning a new industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train with our established and proven system.

  • Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.

  • Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business.

  • Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.

  • Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
